Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting local artists and the glass art community! 

Please note: 

• We do not replace items due to change of mind. Minor imperfections and variations contribute to the individuality of each piece due to the handmade nature of the artworks. Please carefully check the photographs provided for each item prior to purchase.

• Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you have received a damaged item please contact us immediately at info@myimaginaryheart.com with your receipt or proof of purchase including a brief description of the fault with photographs clearly showing the damage.

• Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

• Items are to be returned in the same packaging as they are received. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or incorrect items were shipped. 

• We are not liable for the loss of items in return transit. 

• We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

• Items are processed once payment is received. 

• Orders received during normal business hours are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy periods). 

• Custom and made-to-order pieces may result in longer processing times.

• Cost of shipping is calculated individually, based upon size, weight and destination. 

• Items are delivered via Australia Post. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

• Maximum care is taken in the wrapping and packaging of our artworks. We endeavour to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum, and use sustainable materials wherever possible.
